What is interior business painting?

• Painting of interior spaces in commercial establishments. It involves visual appeal, aesthetics, and functionality of the interior areas within a business or commercial property. It can help provide a positive and inviting atmosphere for employees, customers and clients.

How do I paint the inside of a business?

1. Plan. Determine what areas need painting and what colors you're using. Find times that don't impact the business.

2. Surface prep. Clean surfaces by wiping them down, removing dust, dirt, and other contaminants that could affect paint adhesion. Repair cracks, holes, imperfections needing attention, then finish off with sanding to create a smooth and even base.

3. Protection. Get floor protectants down that paint will not bleed through. 

4. Prime areas that need it, paint acts as a natural primer, so hit areas that are unpainted or worked on, so everything can be painted evenly.

5.  Brush-work.  Paint your corners and edges with a brush by bringing it in a few inches before using a roller to cover everything else.

6. Let it dry and apply more if needed.

7. Inspect the finished areas after it's had a couple days to set.
